Our translation booklet is designed to help communicate your driving information in many countries. Acceptance varies by rental agencies and local regulations. If it’s rejected in any of the listed countries, you qualify for a full refund.
How to claim your refund:

Contact our Customer Service through chat, email, or phone.

Provide the necessary documents showing the IDP was rejected.

Receive your full refund within 5 business days.
Eligible cases:

If you experience issues using the translation booklet with a rental agency.

Rejection by traffic authorities in listed countries (with supporting documentation).

Claims made within three (3) years from the date of order.
Receive your Digital License Translation within 10 hours (in most cases) or your money back is guaranteed!
Once you submit your application and required documents, you will receive your digital IDP copy and order completion email within 2–10 hours (less than 2 hours for express orders).
If for any reason we fail to send your Digital IDP within our promised timeframe, you will receive a full refund — guaranteed.
Only applications with complete and approved requirements are eligible. We cannot process guarantees for incomplete documents, missing information, or shipping-related delays.

Unlimited Free Replacements
You are entitled to FREE replacements for as long as your IDP is valid. No need to pay for anything — we cover everything and ship the replacement to the same shipping address stated in your order.
We offer free replacements ONLY to the original shipping address. Shipping to a different address requires paying the shipping cost only.

If you wish to upgrade your shipping method or change address, you only need to cover the shipping fee.
Changed Mind? Decided not to travel?
You may cancel your IDP application for a full refund within two (2) hours of placing the order, if your IDP has not been created yet.
